High School Baseline Testing

Baseline testing is important for each athlete involved in any sport.  Not only is it important for the athlete, but also for the staff to have the information in the player’s file.  This baseline score from the ImPact test will help the athlete take the proper steps in healing and being able to return to play.

All athletes under the age of 18 must bring the signed waiver in order to participate.  Testing will take approximately up to 1 hour, pending signups.

Speed Agility Training Clinic

This clinic is structured to analyze and assess your athlete’s agility.  With a variety of drills and feedback for conditioning, this clinic will be of benefit to your entire team.

Drills include (but not limited to):

  • Lateral Plyometric Jumps
  • Dot Drills
  • Box Jumps
  • Stair Running
  • Speed Ladder
  • Tuck Jumps

Location: Highland High School

Athletes under age of 18 need to come prepared with a signed waiver.  Please also make sure that you have eaten balanced meals throughout the day and to also bring water.

Injury Rehabilitation Q&A

Injuries can happen at any moment.  It is important to be aware of the game, surroundings and player behavior while in action or on the sidelines.  Rehabilitation is key to getting the athlete ready to return to play.  If an athlete is pushed to play sooner than planned, it is highly likely for re-injury and permanent damage.

This community clinic is set up to help answer all of your questions about rehabilitation and return to play.  Physicians, athletic trainers and personal trainers will be available to take questions during this two hour session.

You do not have to register for this Q&A clinic in advance.  Please arrive early so that we may start on time.

This Q&A session will be held at the Jewish Community Center in Salt Lake City.
